Training for Success (TfS) for school leavers aged 16-18 years old is designed to provide you with the skills, confidence and knowledge within a supported learning environment that will enable you to find work.

Depending on your needs you may begin with Skills for Life or Work before progressing to Programme Led Apprenticeships (PLA).

Apprenticeships NI

Apprenticeships are all about giving your employees the skills and qualifications your organisation needs now and in the future. Learning is vocational, based around an employee’s everyday role and responsibilities, with additional training, support provided by Rutledge.
